Luke 1:16-17 And he will turn many Israelites to the Lord their God. He will be a man with the SPIRIT and POWER of ELIJAH, He will prepare the people for the coming of the Lord. He will turn the hearts of the fathers to their children and he will cause those who are rebellious to accept the wisdom of the godly.
Our church, Bethany, and our youth ministry 220, have been seeking God like many others around the nation for 21 days. Each weeknight at 6pm the youth have been meeting for revival prayer and crying out for a move of God’s Spirit. Last night was the second to last night and after prayer was over we had a 220 leadership meeting. 10 min. into the leadership meeting there was an unusual outpouring of the spirit of prophecy. It was a radical unction of the Holy Spirit that overwhelmed me and our whole team. As the musicians played by inspiration the Lord birthed a word through me of the final battle that has begun for the souls of this vast, global harvest. (When I say birthed, I mean birthed. Afterward there was an unusual weakness and tiredness for the force of the prophetic delivery.)
This was a word that I have been waiting on the Lord to receive for several years now. A word of direction and mobilization concerning what He showed me in 2005 that was simply known as Revolution 09. Many have asked me about this since that initial visitation and I have not knows what the Lord wanted me to do. Now, with this word, I feel the time is now to begin a push for what the Lord Jesus would have us do in this final hour. He is calling us to trumpet a sound of war. Not a war of flesh and blood but a war of the spirit that will literally decide the eternal fate of millions and even billions.

Be open to how the Lord will speak to you through this word. Beware! It is not for the faint-hearted and the comfortable. Extreme action may follow!
WOW. That was amazing. I set in my room, with my eyes closed in total silence and the Lord’s spirit was so real I could almost feel it. This word is true. The sound of the marching in the trees. The spirit of the Lord is rising and infiltrating the earth. This is such a powerful and anointed word. I am still in silence.

This is the remnant from Baltimore, MD checking in saying we hear the sound of rain and of war and are surrendered and ready to fulfill the will of Almighty God in this region. We have been hearing the sound of an abundance of rain and the rapid approach of God’s Kingdom in our recent youth prayer times. We take your word as the confirmation from a general of this generation. Revolution is upon us and we are ready! We do not say this with naivety but with full understanding of the cost of war. May God continue to bless you and keep you as you lead a generation into our kingdom purpose! I feel in my spirit this was the reason for abortion, this is what the enemy was attempting to stop, but he FAILED!!! All Glory to Jesus!!!!

Hey Pastor Joel! This is Krista Matheny (Pr. Don Matheny’s daughter). I listened to your prophetic word just today and can i say that it is exactly what i needed to hear. Our church here in Nairobi is finishing its two weeks of fasting tomorrow, and this was an awesome way to end it! I felt the Spirit of God move so mightily, and i was filled with such an expectation for the things that God is doing. As I listened, i fell on my knees and just prayed in the Spirit, my soul thirsty for the direction of God. I am so excited to be part of the army of God, and I am preparing myself for the battles that are sure to come. Our God is an awesome God! Thank you so much for making this available to download. I recieve this word from the Lord and pray that we at Bethany, as well as our brothers and sisters in the Lord around the globe, would be faithful and ready as the Lord directs each of us.
During the fast, I was pondering on something I heard Pastor Dutch Sheets say – that revivals and outpourings come and go, but what we have to have is a great awakening to see a turning of our culture that will produce reform, a reformation. That spoke so much to my spirit and during the fast I wanted to pray for that. But, as I prayed the word “reformation” would simply not come. It was as if I couldn’t even remember the word, but in place of “reformation” all I could seem to pray was “revolution”. I realized this must be what the Lord wanted me to pray for and when I heard you saying revolution in the prophecy, its was confirmation.
I am not among the youth, but I want to be part of the revolution. Lord, send an abundance of rain!

This gets me excited lke you cant believe. I was just thinking to myself how all around the world people have gone through with 21 day fast. We here in South Africa just finished our 21 day fast and what a shift in the atmosphere. All around the world there have been cries going up to the throne room of God. It is powerful because i know in my spirit that God has heard the cries. Revival is inevetable and what a previledge to be alive during this season. Not only our prayer but those that have gone on before are just but fuel for His fire. Great to hear what is going on over there 2, it stirs up such an excitment up inside of me. No time for half heartedness.
Listening to this is a powerful experience for a Christian struggling to let go of old perspectives. I believe fully in the Word, but sometimes applying it to daily life is a 1 step forward 2 steps back adventure. The Lord has me well practiced in this mode of learning, but hearing this podcast was a much appreciated confirmation that this is the worthwhile fight I’ve unwittingly trained for in past years. In a strange way, it offers comfort in knowing challenges are a must but at the same time, is truly an extreme call to action. Thank-you for posting the link. Your blog & podcasts have been valuable to me in furthering my walk with God & altering my understanding of my purpose here in the natural world. That multiplied by 1000s is inspiration to get moving.
