Quick Update on Amy

Sunday, July 8th, 2007

Dear friends and intercessors, I know you have all been praying for my darling wife Amy and the results are showing! Today she was able to get up and greet the people at North and she has felt continually better and better over the last week and a half since prayed over at the conf. We ask for your continued prayers tom. (Mon. the 9) as she goes in for her second treatment. Pray for strength, life, and health and minimum side effects from the chemo. We still believe for total healing and I know you do to. Thanks for your prayers! We treasure them in this time!

2 Cor. 1:5- You can be sure that the more we suffer for Christ, the more God will shower us with His comfort through Christ.

The Move is On!

Yesterday was the beginning of something God has been showing me for 6 years now. Starting in 2001 the Lord began showing me stadiums of young people coming together to honor the name of Jesus. This vision has been shared by many others who have felt and seen the same thing by the Holy Spirit. In Nashville, TN yesterday over 50,000 people gathered together in a solemn assembly to pray for our nation. This 12 hour marathon of prayer and intercession was like no other event I have been to in my 28 years on earth. There was a sense that we were truly wrestling for the soul of our great country.

The focus was divorcing baal after 40 years of serving him and coming back into marriage covenant with our Lord Jesus. In 67 the “summer of love” began a pagan release in our nation. The twin sins of sexual immorality and baby murder have accompanied the spirit of baal and caused our nation to be placed in position of judgment before Almighty God. We had times of repentance for these sins and in one powerful segment an abortion doctor who has now been saved came to the platform and repented for the sin of abortion in our nation. How powerful!

The grand scope of this event was a true blessing to me and encouraged me on in the quest set before me to bring national revolution to this generation. The stage of yesterday was a reminder to me that God can raise a remnant of people who have not bowed their knee to baal. Elijah thought he was the only one who had not bowed and God said to him you are not the only one I have 7000 others who have not bowed their knees!

I had the privilege of leading in prayer for about a minute or 2 concerning revival in the high schools and junior highs. It was an honor. Many wondered why my part was not more but yesterday was not about me. My time to lead will come but yesterday was a day for prayer and not preaching, fasting and not celebration.

God is on the move and I feel in my spirit that He is calling on me and other leaders to rise up in this day and stand for righteousness. To call the church back to her knees and the world to repentance. This task rises before me and my heart leaps at the challenge. Great will be the battle! Great shall be the harvest! Great shall be the reward!
